2. Verify your identity

Show your photo ID to the camera and answer a few identity questions generated from public records.

3. Sign on video

We meet on video, you sign electronically, and you receive your notarized document by download.

What you'll need

  • A valid government photo ID with your signature, like a driver's license or passport
  • A computer, tablet, or phone with a camera and microphone
  • A quiet, private space and a steady internet connection
  • About 15 to 20 minutes

Fee

Up to $35 per document: the $10 Texas notary fee plus a $25 online fee. Each added signer on the same certificate is $1.
