How it works

  1. Tell me the document and the destination country.
  2. If your document needs notarizing, we meet and I notarize it.
  3. I prepare and submit the apostille request to the Texas Secretary of State.
  4. Your apostilled document comes back to you.

Good to know

  • Apostilles are issued only by the Texas Secretary of State. I assist with the request.
  • International adoption documents carry a lower state fee of $10 per document.
  • Your destination country decides which documents need an apostille. Please confirm with them before booking.
  • Some countries don't accept apostilles and use a different process. Check with the receiving country.
