How a signing works
- Your title company, lender, or signing service sends me the documents.
- I confirm a time and place with you, including evenings and weekends.
- We meet, I check every signer's ID, and you sign where indicated.
- I review the package and return it as instructed.
Good to know
- Texas home equity loans and home equity lines of credit must close at the office of the lender, a title company, or an attorney. I can't sign those at your home.
- Questions about rates, terms, or what a document means go to your lender or attorney. I notarize only and don't give legal or financial advice.
- Every signer needs a current government-issued photo ID.
