Hospital, hospice, and care facility visits

When a loved one can't travel, I come to the bedside. Trained in HIPAA privacy and bloodborne pathogen safety, I work quietly and respectfully around patients and staff.

About bedside visits

Before I arrive, please make sure

  • Each signer has a valid, unexpired photo ID
  • The signer is alert and able to understand and sign willingly
  • Any required witnesses are arranged (witnesses are not provided)
  • Documents are complete, with no blank spaces

Clear, posted fees

Notary fees follow the Texas fee schedule: $10 per document for the first signer, $1 for each added signer. Mobile visits start at $40 for travel. No surprises.
